Dual-monitor USB-to-SVGA adapter supports 1280x1024 resolution
Tritton, a provider of networking, storage, and peripheral products, said its SEE2 USB-to-SVGA adapter can handle resolutions up to 1280 x 1024 pixels at up to 16-bit color depth. Previously, the device supported a maximum of just 1024 x 768.
The adapter allows desktop and notebook computer users to connect an additional CRT monitor, LCD or projector to their PC. The SEE2 requires just USB 2.0 support ; there is no need for a dual video card. The product is priced at about $80. (THG)
