DRAMeXchange: Price trend optimism unchanged
The price premium that 400MHz 256Mbit DDR commands over 266/333MHz has widened to the point where further increases at the high end are being held in check. Once prices at the low end rise to narrow the gap to around US$0.50, we expect 400MHz die prices to rise more strongly.
