DRAMeXchange: DDR spot prices drop slightly
According to DRAMeXchange, the two-week rally of 256Mbit (32Mbit×8) DDR spot prices softened last week amid traders’ profit taking. SDRAM prices continued to rise on strong demand. Contract prices for the first half of February were flat.
