DRAM spot pricing shows momentum
The stabilizing DRAM spot prices seen at the end of last year have turned to a market uptrend this month, with all DRAM parts enjoying significant price rises amid strong demand and tighter supply.
Low-density NAND flash chip pricing, in the meantime, has also shown signs of stabilizing, thanks to solid demand.
