DRAM spot prices remain stable
Fluctuation of DRAM pricing over the past week has been limited, with the price change of mainstream 256 Mbit (32Mbitx8) falling less than one percentage point, and effectively tested (eTT) parts trading within a narrow range of $2.02-2.07 over the same time period.
