DRAM prices on the upswing
Conforming to the general market expectation, contract prices of DRAM for the first half of August surged again. Mainstream items, such as 256Mbit DDR266/333, increased from the US$4.40-4.80 range in the second half of July to the US$4.82-5.20 range this month, a rise of 9-10%.
