DRAM prices barely move, but NAND flash still on the rise

DRAM spot prices traded within a narrow band due to sluggish demand. Prices for all DRAM segments trended down with 512 Mbit DDR 333 suffering the largest drop, at 1.74 percent. Efficiently tested (eTT) DRAM also slipped from $ 2.25 to $2.22. However, NAND flash prices continued to rise with mainstream 2Gbit and 4Gbit parts both enjoying growth of more than 8 percent.
