Healthy DRAM pricing persists, NAND flash sees upward trend
Spot prices for DRAM remained stable last week, amid a tight supply of DDR and warming demand for DDR2. NAND flash spot pricing saw a narrowing of price falls since August, simultaneously indicating growth for certain chips in the same period, according to figures posted by DRAMeXchange.
