DRAM inventory lowered to seven days on strong demand

Due to strong demand from PC OEMs, DRAM makers have seen their inventory time reduced to seven days, down from 10-14 days before, according to sources. DRAM contract prices have been soaring since the second half of July and a tight supply for DRAM parts still persists while DRAMeXchange recently said the tight supply will persist through September, the sources indicated.
