DRAM contract prices fall 7.7 percent for H1 December
DRAM contract prices dropped an average of 7.7 percent for the first half of December, with the 512 Mbit DDR 400 segment leading all segments with prices dropping as much as 9.45 percent.
The highest price drop in the 512 Mbit DDR2 533 segment was 7.26 percent, according to DRAMeXchange.
