DisplaySearch: Samsung to gain market share on LG.Philips LCD
Samsung Electronics will narrow the lead held by rival LG.Philips LCD (LPL) in global large-size TFT LCD market share (in terms of area shipped), and perhaps even overtake LPL to become the world’s top large-size TFT LCD maker in the fourth quarter of this year, according to DisplaySearch.
