Despite rising shipments, Taiwan LCD monitor producers face further profit squeeze
Responding to strong growth in demand, Taiwan's major LCD monitor producers have greatly expanded their production capacity and enjoyed sharply increased shipments. However, a continuous increase in TFT LCD prices since the fourth quarter of last year has been seriously eroding their profit performance.
