Despite pick-up in mobile sector, prices of HDI boards used in mobile phones remain weak
The trend of falling prices for high density interconnect (HDI) boards used in mobile phones may persist amid oversupply and uncertainty over future mobile phone sales growth, Taiwan-based HDI manufacturers said.
