Demand for WVGA 7" digital photo frame panels estimated to exceed one million units in 2008
Demand for WVGA (800×480) 7" panels for digital photo frames is expected to reach 1.3 million units in 2008, up from nearly one million units in 2007, according to Taiwan’s Industrial Economics and Knowledge Center (IEK). The size will grow the most among all panel sizes for digital picture frame applications, as it is closest to the size of a 4×6" picture, IEK indicted.
