Demand for DDR400 increases and so goes the price
The spot market price of 256MB DDR400 surged 6.13% to US$4.15 yesterday, according to DRAMeXchange. The price hike was the most significant in the DRAM market and may cause the price of some, or even all, other DRAM products to increase.
