Dell to adopt 256Mbit graphics memory in 4Q
Dell expects to move to 256Mbit (16Mbit x 16) DDR graphics memory from the current mainstream standard of 128Mbit (8Mbit x 16) DDR due to the relative high price of the 128Mbit memory, according to Taiwanese DRAM maker sources.
