Dell recalls nearly a million defective adapters
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a voluntary recall of 990,000 AC adapters distributed by Round Rock-based Dell Inc.
The adapters, which are used with notebook computers, were manufactured by Delta Electronics Inc. of Taipei, Taiwan.
