Dell plays musical chairs with Quanta and Compal
Quanta Computer recently beat out Compal Electronics to win orders from Dell for production of high-end consumer notebook PCs in 2006, less than two months after Compal snatched a major contract from Quanta for Dell’s business notebooks for next year, market sources said.
