Dell sued over notebook computers
Some Canadians who bought Dell laptop computers don’t like the products and are suing the company. According to the lawsuit, five laptop models sold by Dell’s Canadian subsidiary are defective. Dell settled a similar lawsuit in the US over one of the models, and litigation involving the other four is under way.
