Dell completes acquisition of Alienware
Dell confirmed that it has finalized the acquisition of Alienware. The performance PC maker will maintain its own product development, marketing, sales, technical support and other operations as well as brand and management, Dell said. Financials and other terms of the purchase were not be disclosed.
