DDR400 high hits US$5, average price up to US$4.72
The recent increase of DRAM spot prices continued on Wednesday, with DDR400 leading the way and rising another 6.75%. According to DRAMeXchange, the average spot market price of 256Mbit DDR400 closed at US$4.72, with prices as high as US$5.20.
