DDR333 craze drives Dell to Winbond
According to DRAM distributors, Dell Computer has bypassed distributors and come directly to Winbond Electronics for the first time to secure supply of DDR333. Winbond and Samsung Electronics are the only manufacturers currently able to mass produce DDR333.
