DDR2 to account for nearly half of DRAM output by year-end
The proportion of DDR2 output is expected to reach 30 percent near the end of this quarter and further rise to about 45 percent by year-end, and DRAMeXchange believes a case can be made for predicting that DDR2 prices will fall below DDR prices in the second half of this year.
