DRAM module makers bidding high to secure DDR2 long term supply
Several DRAM module makers are offering up to 20% higher than spot prices to secure long-term DDR2 supply due to tight supply and expected stronger demand, DRAM makers said. No major DRAM module maker was available for comment prior to publication.
