DRAM makers slashing DDR2 prices to clear out inventory
In an attempt to stimulate demand and clear out inventory, several DRAM makers have slashed the spot prices for their 512 Mbit DDR2 eTT parts to a new low, according to sources.
Spot prices for the segment have slumped to $3, down from $3.5 before, according to research firm InSpectrum.
