DRAM contract prices up in July
Contract prices for both DDR and DDR2 continued trending upward in the second half of July and Nanya Technology is confident that this price upside will persist through the end of the third quarter. Prices of DDR and DDR2-533 enjoyed slight growth in the second half of July, after seeing growth or remaining flat in the first half of the month, according to figures posted by DRAMeXchange.
