DDR prices stay strong
Prices for DDR chips weakened last week, following the previous week’s short-lived price rebound. DDR2, on the contrary, trended up in the same period. Spot prices for NAND flash declined once more, despite a pick-up in transactions, according to figures posted by DRAMeXchange.
