Top-end DDR SDRAM prices are on the rise, Taiwanese online DRAM trader DRAMeXchange has reported. "According to DRAMeXchange, contract prices for 256Mb DDR 400 chips are now at between $4.90 and $5.40, while 256Mb DDR 333 chips are going for $4.40-4.80, up 13.95 per cent and 12.31 per cent, respectively."
