DDR-memory family targets mobile devices
Micron Technology has launched a new DDR (double data rate) memory family targeting the mobile market.
Micron designed the new family, called Mobile DDR, based on its ENDUR-IC technology with power, bandwidth, and reliability suited to the mobile market, said Achim Hill, the company’s senior director of marketing for mobile memory.
