Service is the next step: Q&A with D-Link chairman Ken Kao
Before the celebration of D-Link’s 20th anniversary on June 20, DigiTimes had an opportunity to interview Ken Kao, the chairman of the network equipment provider. For the next 20 years, the leading network vendor plans to offer D-Link 2.0, which aims to realize the spirit of Web 2.0 - open communications, decentralization of authority and the freedom to share and re-use.
