Creative blames flash memory, 3D Labs for net loss
Singapore sound giant Creative turned in a net loss for its third financial quarter of $114.3 million, while sales dropped too compared to the same quarter last year.
The firm blamed a drop in flash memory prices as it wrote off excess stock it had, and also said the fact it restructured its 3D Labs workstation business had a negative effect.
