The iPod's success has made more than one manufacturer's mouth water. Following Archos' Gmini 220 and iRiver's H320 launches, Creative's Zen Touch represents the latest direct competitor to Apple's portable player. Unlike the competition, however, the Zen Touch does not offer photo browsing or dictaphone capabilities and instead features portability and an external hard disk with 20 GB of capacity. Additionally, a remote control can be purchased for those who want to listen to the radio or use the Zen Touch for recording. Creative also counts on the device's sound quality, battery life and looks to win over users.
