Corel Linux plans puzzle
When Microsoft Corp. paid the Canadian Corel $135 million in return for ending old legal complaints as well as a commitment to port Microsoft's .Net products to Linux, many believed the company had found stability. Recently, however, industry insiders say that signals indicate that Corel leadership is interested in selling the company's Linux operations if additional investment cannot be found.
