Contract prices for 256Mbit DDR up by 3.3%
Contract prices for 256Mbit DDR in early April grew by 3.33% and reached between US$3.38 and US$3.88, while contract prices for 128Mbit DDR and SDRAM products remained at late March levels, according to DRAMeXchange.
