Washington DC - Two congressman are working hard to cut Internet radio royalties with a new bill. House Representatives Jay Inslee (D - Wash.) and Don Manzullo (R - Ill.) have introduced their Internet Radio Equality Act which would make online radio royalties 33 cents per individual listening hour. Non-commercial stations would have even lower royalties.
