Aten: Sophisticated KVM Switches

Aten showed us some KVM switches and video splitting solutions. Although the company actually offers lots of professional-grade manageable switching hardware that allows for KVM switching over existing networks, we focused on the products that are attractive for home or small business use.
The CS-1742/1744 is a so-called "dual view" KVM switch, since it allows you to attach two displays and two D-sub outputs from your computer. Thus, you can switch dual screen systems using these devices. The 1744 can handle four computers, while the 1742 is designed for two. Both support USB keyboard/mouse and 3.5 mm analog audio.
The MasterView series allows KVM switching between two or four computers (model numbers CS-1772/1774) and comes with both a two port USB hub and a 100 Mbit Ethernet hub with 3 and 5 ports respectively.
Finally, the DVI video switch series permits the attachment of different devices with DVI output to a single screen such as a plasma TV.
