Computex: ABIT Dual Athlon Motherboard
ABIT also announced a new multiprocessor-capable motherboard for the Athlon MP processor and the AMD-760 MP. The ABIT WA-2A contains support for up to 4GB of registeRead PC2100 DDR memory, has an AGP Pro 50 graphics slot, an on-board 10/100MHz Ethernet controller, and two 64-bit/66MHz PCI slots. Once again, no pricing, no picture and no release date, but at least you know what to look for. That's the beauty of Computex. Folks get both excited and competitive and product announcements get pushed forward before the PR weasels have a chance to do their spin thing.
