FIC

by

FIC is one of the few companies that offers an ATI R300 chipset motherboard that uses the MicroATX standard. The idea is to offer it as cheaply as possible, which really sounds like a good idea.

This system consists of a widescreen TFT display, integrated optical drive (slim line, see left) and integrated subwoofer (the big thing at the back).

FIC was one of the first companies to offer tablet PCs. With every generation you can see tremendous advances. The next one (left) will be very thin.

The thing on the right side is called Janus Server and offers two 2.5" hard drives in a RAID setup. The whole system is basically almost a complete computer, as it acts as mail server, NAS server, multimedia center, print server, web server, networking solution and wireless access point.

The box in the middle is the MAAT Home Server, which has fewer features than Janus.
