All quality tests were done at the printer's maximum resolution. You can see wide disparities, not only in the fineness of the grain but also in color fidelity, with certain models like the Samsung CLP-510 having a tendency to lighten the print. In all cases, the quality was far from what a top-of-the-line inkjet model can produce - though admittedly with the benefit of special photo paper.
