Edward Coleman named Gateway CEO
Gateway has hired J. Edward Coleman as its new chief executive officer. Coleman joins Gateway from Arrow Electronics, where he held the position senior vice president and president of Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions.
Coleman succeeds Rick Snyder who was appointed interim CEO last February and will remain with Gateway as chairman of the firm’s board of directors.
Gateway also recently announced that it has declined an "expression of interest" from Lap Shun Hui to acquire the firm’s retail operations.
