Codemasters Goes Gold With IndyCar Series
Codemasters let us know that IndyCar Series, a game based on the IndyCar racing league, has gone gold. The game is said to give players the ability to use a variety of driving techniques (such as drafting, switching fuel settings, and defending positions) in order to get to the checkered flag. The game will feature both a "quick race" and "full Indy season" options, as well as an Indianapolis 500 only mode, where players can compete in the Indy 500

In some what a disappointment, IndyCar Series will ship first for the PlayStation 2 on May 20 and Xbox and PC versions of the game will follow.
