CMO suing LG.Philips LCD for patent infringement
Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) on May 4 filed a lawsuit at Marshall court, Texas in the US claiming LG.Philips LCD violated four of its LCD patents, and asks for compensation, according to the company.This is the first time CMO has filed suit against LG.Philips LCD, said CMO.
