CMO to begin construction on 8G and 6G TFT LCD plants this month
Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) will begin construction of a sixth-generation (6G) TFT LCD plant at Tree Valley Park, an LCD TV industrial park near Tainan Science Park (TSP), on April 15, according to company vice president Jack Lin. Earlier this month, the company also began building an 8G plant at the Kaoshiung Science Park (KSP).
