Cisco pays $ 16 Mio. to acquire network management firm
Cisco Systems is acquiring a California-based network management appliance developer for approximately $16 million in cash. Jahi Networks, which wais privately held, has developed devices that simplify deployment, configuration and management processes. Cisco said Jahi technology "compliments" existing Cisco applications and will lead to a new enhanced network management solutions.
