Cisco Beefs Up Wireless Security
Cisco has extended its network security framework to support wireless networks. The company's Structured Wireless-Aware Network initiative can provide the same security infrastructure capabilities that are available on wired infrastructures to wireless local area networks (LANs). As i'm sure many of you are aware, one of the largest hinderences preventing a much wider use of wireless networking is its possible security flaws, so this is certainly good news for many business worldwide.
