Cisco Adds Gigabit Ethernet To Two Switches
Cisco Systems Tuesday expanded two of its switch product families in a continued effort to boost the adoption of Gigabit Ethernet on the desktop. "The new switch, the 3750G-12S, includes 12 small form-factor pluggable (SFP) Gigabit ports for connecting switches via optical fiber. The switch can also be stacked with up to eight other 3750 switches using StackWise, Cisco’s 32-Gbps stack interconnect technology."
