Chipset designers to see gloomy 1Q results
Taiwan chipset designer ALi Corporation on April 17 posted a first-quarter loss of NT$94 million, a record loss for the past seven quarters. Similar results are expected from VIA Technologies and Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS).
