Chipset designer sales: VIA -8.1%, SiS +1.1%

Hampered by slowing demand, VIA Technologies and Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) both saw relatively weaker sales performance in November. While VIA experienced a month-on-month decline of 8.1%, SiS saw its revenues stay at about the same level as in October.
