Chipbond to acquire Fupo, sparked by Aptos expansion
With high hopes of a thriving TFT LCD industry, leading gold bumping and tape carrier package (TCP) service provider Chipbond Technology has announced plans to acquire Fupo Electronics, which would lift its gold bumping capacity well above that of competitors.
