China to start affecting global LCD panel supply
LCD output from China-based panel makers will start to affect the global LCD monitor panel supply/demand balance as soon as the fourth quarter of this year, as panel makers are expanding their capacity and improving yields, according to Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO).
